does anyone know if theres a kit to change the front suspension of a hardbody from torsion to coil spring...so the tension rods wont be needed...or has anyone done this? thanx.

im sure you could build some sort of coilover setup for it..just like you could bag it....

I hate the torsion setup on my hardbody... so much easier to lower a truck with springs... *pulls out Sawzall*

lower control arms from can-do, kustomwerks, and byc all eliminate the tension rods.

There isn't a kit that I know about. You can buy the lower control arms that eliminate the strut rods and then find a coil to fit or make a coil over set-up. It seems like a lot to go through just to lose the strut rods.

how about the lower control arms from stylin concepts? Anybody ever use them to bag a hardbody, or is better to go with one of the other companies??
