tailgate skin price

have a 94 GMC Sonoma fleet side and i have a grantkustoms tailgate skin. Just tore up my roll pan from dragging so where is the best place and price in the spring/houston area to have the taillights shaved and the skin put on with led's? Any help would be great!!thanks
