seat sliders

anyone know where i can get a universal seat slider? I did away with my power seat and now i need the sliders and track.

its out of a mustang but i'm not sure what year. They were in the truck when i got it.

i've looked on ebay and all i can find for seat sliders is when they come with racing seats. Someone please help
