when you get to big for your britches its a good thing and a bad thing, good because you got big for a reason, hopefully because of good customer care and quality parts, and fast shipping, but its another thing when you cant grow into your britches and keep that stuff up, it is hard to do when you have to depend on people that may not have the drive that you do, and it could ruin a business, hate to see that happen to a good shop like sd. they will get back on track, and antoher thing i notice is that customers expect shit really quick, things take time and getting parts within a week is normal, 2 weeks is still not to long but can be hard to wait for when your waiting on bad ass shit to come in, i try hardest to be fast with shipping, when you are only doing 4 or 6 orders a day like us its easier to get things out and keep shipping times under a week anywhere in the US, now where i see it becoming not possible is for a shop like sd, they probably take what 20-50 orders a day, plus they make stuff in house, so just be patient and your stuff will get there, or pay for next day shipping.

NO complaints about SD here, I ordered bags and a four link about a week ago and was told at time of order the bags would take 2 weeks and the four link would take 3 weeks, I have already recieved the bags in exactly a week. There are plenty of other things for me to work on then sit around and complain about a shop that has never done me wrong before. I say keep up the good work Jason and the rest of SD... YOU ARE MY HEROS....

we are averaging about 200 orders shipped per day right now. you should see my ups bill. OMG!

one of the delays is that our vendors cant keep up with our orders. its like the whole manufacturing industry is behind. i tried to order a whole bunch of stuff today and the best most of them could do is 2 weeks.

we'll get there. we wont stop for a breather til we do. thats a promise!

OMG look at everyone bitching cause someone cant get their stuff in 2 days or a week. i know all these guys and they bust their asses day in and day out. some even work on weekends just to get shit done. these guys aint slacking just alot of shit at once. they have familises and lives too they cant neglect them so u can have a bad ass ride. people dont expect that of u so dont get pissed if u dont get shit right away. i know alot of yall make big orders, and trust me these guys are great and wouldnt give anything less than 110%. so just chill it will be there and it will be worth they wait.

damn i think everyone needs to chill..2-3 weeks is a pretty mild wait for some badass parts if you ask me....and i mean really..do you think SD is going anywhere? i dont think so...its not like the company is one guy working out of a barn

hey now that i think of it SD should have a text image......

i just hope they dont turn into a corporation,they keep growing they will need moree people and get so big to stay up with the demand then before you know it you have a corporation.but most of my truck is suicide and so will the next truck on the way.
