they are just behind in shipping. when you start a shop that small and EVERYBODY buys stuff from them it gets hard to manage with the few people they have. sd is still the best out there in my opinion they just need a bigger staff.

just chill out... every body that ordered parts will receive them. Every order can't ship the next day. We are only human. As to the Domination videos and T-shirts, that is nothing SD has control over. They do not make the videos or shirts there. They obviously have to come to them from Domination. So obviously Domination is a little behind also. I am good friends with Jason Thorbecke and I know that he will get this all resolved because customer service is important to him. Think about if SD was not here, we would be have to order our parts from companies like FBI and AIM and get raped on shipping and parts costs. We just need to cut them a little slack considering they are the best in the industry.

well considering rickys left and theyve been coming to florida the past month or so...and they had inventory in there....they have reason to be behind but....customer serivce shuldeve been taken into consideration....but everyone thinks that sd is the only place out there....i dont understand it just ebcause it says sd on it makes it better no it doesnt just allows them to cahrge more for it...and then have complete control over most of the minitrucking community....which i think is a shame....

and where would there be parts cheaper?

suicide doors! duh! what a dick wad. why dont you stick your foot in your mouth and kick your self in the ass with the one your standing on. prices are perfect for the quality they sell. if you order a fitting from aim its gonna cost 40$ to ship it. no joke!

I will never forget the day when I saw this place called "Suicide Doors" come in and basically make quality parts at half the price other places were selling their products for! Not only that but they shipped them within days! Now they fall behind on their shipping during the busiest time of the year, and suddenly those same guys become a$$holes and the sky begins to fall! We might as well go back to the days when things were marked high and we got ripped on 2 month shipping! God forbid we have to wait an extra week or two!

why is it when people order parts from a company and don't get them the exact time they snap there fingers they post some b.s about getting screwed try and think before you post.just because you don't get them right now don't mean your screwed maybe it just missed the freight company or maybe they ran out of time. why order product a the last moment when you need it next day if you need it give it 2-3 weeks not next day.that way your not in a pannic going now what do i do it's noy here and cry about it

I don't care about all the b.s. They make some top notch products at hella prices and their return policies are the shit. They aren't going anywhere soon so I can wait a little while on parts if I've got to.
