Layin a nissan 720

How would i go about laying a nissan 720 its an 85 i've only done s10 and the torsion suspension get me could someone tell me how to put in the brackets for the front and get it to lift enough to clear my tires

when i got my 720 bagged we just took the torsion bars out.

and then how do i weld the sd brackets in?
