will use oil ask a machine shop owner guy that i dont really know well and he said like 75 bucks for the 4 holes (both sides mostly for the sitting it up. i said na its ok! thats more money then the metal

jigsaw with a metal blade. It will cut 3/16 no problem at all. drill a starter hole and go at it.

i like to use a drill press w/ metal hole saw. i drill the starter hole, then put a metal rod in the hole saw, keeps it truer

We use a carbide bit kinda like a hole saw but with bigger teeth, they're made for drilling out thick steel, I'll get the name for you, but they're expensive as hell, I think I remember them being 139 bucks for the set, but you get 3/4" to 2" set

thats not that bad. buying them one by at one at home depot or lowes is fuggin expensive
