Friend needs help..

good friend of mine got pulled over for goin through a yellow light tonight (not speeding, had seatbelt on) and he got a $170 ticket and enough points to suspend his license till hes 18 (exceptions, school/work) so.. he wants to still drive to Spring Fling next month..lol, and he asked me an honest question if since I'm a business, if I could say he's working for me somehow.. or what is involved with that? maybe someone knows.. or some legal way around not being able to drive that ONE WEEKEND LOL

you could say he worked for you....just say maby give him some product to take to the show and god forbid he gets pulled over he can say hey i work for so and so and iam working right now you can call and ask and then everything should be pretty straight he just cant be cruseing around pretty much drive there park and then drive home thats it.

I did that for my buddy he got a DUI and wanted to have an excuse for driving his girl freinds house and I told him to use my companys name and say your out checking on propertys for me. Got pulled over and a police officer ask him to call and ask to speak to his employer so he called me and told the cop what was up and cop said ok no problem peace.

Cool.. thanks man, would it be bad that he'd be hanging out right there with me if he did get pulled over or somethin? As in since I'm available right there could they ask for proof of employment or some shit? lol

or he could just follow all the laws and not get pulled over... i mean i know there is the chance, but honestly if he isnt doing anything wrong, he has no reason to get pulled over that one weekend.

just take some parts with you and throw em in his ride with a couple stickers that should be all the proof of employment needed just tell him to tell the cop to talk to you and the police officer shouldnt do anything about it if not you could have the cop call me and ill act like central office and bitch him out for pulling over an employee of mine cuz we've got deadlines and shit

you can't drive through a yellow light? I always have, jus thought it means slow down. Oh well cops here could care less about driving through red lights.

how old is ur friend?
im 15, and i always ask ppl if i can drive (family or older friends) and they either say yes or no because they dont wanna risk it and if i get a ticket i cant get my license till im 18 or somethin

thank god my dad is movin back from oklahoma so i can start drivin by myself
(my dad is cool lol)

He's 17, turns 18 in December.. so that'd be a long ass time not driving lol.

it really shouldnt be a problem...just do like I said and you should be straight for sure...Worked for my buddys DUI.
