well depending on how you drive it could be a problem.. It could be the shitft forks in the trans not letting it not go into gear. or you could have broth the input shaft. You have alot of options that it could be.

I don't abuse it or anything like that, it didn't make any noise or anything, it drove fine all day yesterday, and when I got in it today it wouldn't shift into 2nd or 4th @ all

if its an 04 and still under warranty, take it to the dealer.

I'm gonna throw a bullshit flag.
Read this website... print off what you need.... present it "if" your dealer gives you any problems. Simple as that.........
Unless...... it truely is a hack-job and the problem is traceable to the custom work that has been done.

^^pretty sure when you modify a vehicle other than from factory it pretty much voids the warranty

Actually no, if you read all 13 pages of the:
"Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312"
You'll understand alittle better.
In layman's terms.... the dealer is still bound to repair any item covered under standard warranty unless.... unless the part at fault was damaged or otherwise caused a problem because of aftermarket parts or custom work.
