building a frame for 97 Nissan hardbody

i want to build a new frame for my nissan out of square tubing but dont have a bender, is there a way to do this without the frame being weak?? what is the best way,i want all new frame front to rear.

i'd use 2x3x1/4" and you cant bend square tubing unless you have a mandrel bender im pretty sure. you should probobaly build a frame jig too so you can line everything up correctly

i used 2x3x1/4 on mine under the cab. probably will use 3/16 for the backhalf.....u dont need to bend it, u can cut and weld it. as long as u can weld u shouldnt have anything to worry about the frame being weak.
