I need to know if I can layout on 22's on my 93 chevy fullsize with factory control arms and 2" drop spindle. is there any fab/cutting that needs to be done to the factory control arms and what size bag cups do i need???? thanks fo info
i thought you had gotten control arms.....well anyways, yes you can lay with the factory arms but i really do not know what is required, There was a truck at showfest two years back that was layed on factory arms.....
i do have lower control arms but heard of layin on factory and want to know how for a buddys truck
oh ok well i dont know exactly how he done it....the truck i seen was an ex cab fleetside bag and bd with the stock arms.....I dunno....LOL
oh yea and it was yellow with some kind of pinkish design down the side of it...
does any1 know of some1 layin on stock control arms on 22'S?
i done a truck a few years back w/22s and hydros, "2 drop spindels and stock arms and it wouldn't lay all the way, came about an inch though.
all of the ones i've done layed on stock arms. We switched one to tube for looks but it was on stock arms originally.
with enough cutting/modifying anything is possible.
Alright I figured it out, top bag cups 3" bottom bag cups 2", cut back-sides of top control arm mounts so they can go farther up and ofcourse gota notch the frame for the tyrod ends. Got all info off a suburban from The little shop of horrors.
