DECHROMING AN X-CAB

Does any one have an X-CAB with the rear chrome gone around the rear side window, please send me pics.

SEE THE CHROME AROUND THE SIDE X WINDOW, I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS MADE SOME PANELS FOR THAT.AROUND THE SIDE JUST MAKE IT ALL CLEAN. I WANT TO DO IT TO MY TRUCK BUT WANTED TO SEE IT FIRST...

damn mike that was a clean truck, i have a white ext cab, but its beat up

I beleive either the se-5 or the le-5 had black trim

i have all the black molding for an ext cab if you want to trade me even for it. all the side parts, the driver door and all. let me know. i will definetly trade!

i dont think he wants the trim peice at all, he wants pics of the dawg without it and that part shaved so that it looks factory

I will put up new pics when finished with all the work around the windows..

don't mean to bring up an old post but has anyone got these pics that they said they'd get? i'd love to see what a xdawg looks like shaved of the trim...

oh, btw, i am pretty sure the LE-5 was the one with the black trim. the SE-5 is a higher up model...

Actually the LE-5 is the "luxury" edition where as the SE-5 is the "sports" edition but i have never seen one with black trim but then again if it is black you can prolly strip the black off and it will be chrome under it like the dip in on the chrome trim where the window is if you take a scotch pad to it the black will come off and it is chrome below at least it has been on every one I've had
