Por15s website has a lot of these questions answered.
I order POR15 semi gloss plus the chassis black top coat nathan, and it doesnt look shiny at all.
we used it on our fram and motor. frame is brushed on and suprisingly turned out really nice. the motor and tranny is done in the orange engine paint. seems to be some great stuff, like said before just dont get it on anything unless you want it there. also we had best results not thinning it when spraying, so you may want to try that. i guess it may depend on your gun too.
works great.......only down side to just using por-15 is that it has no uv inhibitors...meaning that after a bit in some sunshine, it changes colors from black to a weird gray........that's why por-15 also makes and sells a Black Coat. It's a gloss black finish you apply over the Por-15 and it is UV resistant etc....self leveling yada yada..
The stuff is awesome, I sprayed my frame and suspension with it. Just be sure to degrease your item to be sprayed, and do take precautions handling it. Like everyone else said, it don't come off once dried to your skin or anything else. The only thing that removes it from your skin is time, lol.
Awesome stuff. But like people have said it can be messy.
Can you use it over body filler?
can you spray it and if so what do you reduse it with and is it 1 to 1, 2 to 1, or 3 to 1
well u get ur money out of por-15 cuz it all works good

Sprayed & brushed it, is a great product. If spraying you must use their thinner!!And clean the gun real good, just got a touch up gun from Habor Freight to do the rear frame, ect , will see how well it works! This is brushed!
