where is it?

Where is the fuel filter on my 89 nissan hardbody? Is it to the side of the gas tank or somewhere in the engine compartment. Its about time to change it but i don't know where exactly it is. Its got the Z24 4 cylinder. thanks

Follow the fuel line from the tank to the motor, they are usually located in the line like along the framerails.
