I see ~1000 posts on poor officiating. Some people posted twice, some were posting in defense, but I wont count that. So 1000 people, that is roughly .002% of the people who watched the game.
The refs made the kicker miss two field goals, right? Made Stevens drop 4 long passes, right? Made the Seahawks have a 30% 3rd down efficiency and a 33% red zone efficiency, right? Made Hasselback throw a pick in the red zone, right? Made that reverse play a touchdown for the Steelers right? Made the 75 yard run by Willie Parker possible right? Yeah, those refs were amazing.
Get over it. Sour grapes is all it is, sorry your team waited so long to go to the Super Bowl, but the refs had very little to do with the outcome. I'm the first to give credit where it is due, but the Hawks played like poop.
And you should READ every article on ESPN that complains about the refs instead of refferring to them, they all say the same thing at one point or another. "the refs were bad, but the seahawks lost the game and here is why:" Even the Cold Pizza guy said your team didnt play well enough, and his article is titled "Seahawks got Robbed".

I realy could have cared less...but I was pulling for the steelers. I agree the there was some poor reffing going on but it wasn't always in the steelers favor... they(the refs) sucked all the way around.

Quit being a bandwagon jumper and learn something about the game. Cincy has been getting better no doubt, but there is no chance they would have beat the number 1 and 2 seeds in the playoffs. Kitna put up good numbers and the Bengals fell apart in the second half, you want a cheap shot, look at the one your receiver put on your coach.
The super bowl was a yawn, both teams played poorly.
Pfft tainted trophy. Cincy would take ANY kind of trophy. Get some class.

lol russ, all i am going to say is i am not a band wagon jumper, i have had season tickets to the bengals for i was 6 so that not almost 15 years i have been going, though thin and thick, but more thin. and yes the bengals are getting better, but, then need to still work on alot to become a better team. i will say that. but i will always hate the steelers.

haha yeah, I remember in my youth standing and freezing outside three rivers stadium to throw garbage at the bus that brought opposing teams to the home games. Even in the thin years of the eighties. So I too know what it means to be a fan. Bengals will get there, but
1) no way was kimo giving a cheap shot
2) no way would they have beat Indy, let alone Denver.
It'll happen. I understand being upset about your franchise quarterback, Ben got a similar injury earlier in the year. But thats the game sometimes.

i will admit russ, the steelers played good when they needed to. and thats what got them through the post season. but hey the denver game, even with carson, would have been a hard game. but the indy game i think the bengals could have won, if they could stop payton. but hey its all hostory now, but cant wait for next year. we got 2 solid back ups QB's with kitna and johnson now. if we could just get out receiving core to strighten up, that would be great. WHO DEY
