blown fuse?????

ok my problem is that the other day i thought i would hook up my fuel gauge to my fuel cell on my 2000 s10. so i cut the wire harness off that went to the stock tank when i did this the truck was runing so i could see which of the four wire went to what well some how the fuel pump 12 volt primary touch the frame,sparked, and killed my truck since then i am not gettin fire to my plugs every one i have talked to says i blew a fuseable link my problem where is it or could it be something else all my fuses are good and so is the relays in the fuse box

look in the engine fuse box

there is no blown fuse or relay in there that was the first placed i checked
