WEAR YOUR SEAT BELTS!!! READ THIS

You're very lucky to be alive right now. I always wear my seat belt too. Honestly I think i would have hit the rabbit and I would have spent the next day cleaning rabit hair out of my kit.

I dont usually wear my seatbelt, I know I should be im just stupid I guess. The belts in my aunts 00 malibu are stupid though. If the car looses power, the belts lock. She had a bad battery cable in her car and went to get in it and leave one day for work. The battery cable stopped making connection and the belt and doors locked on her. She had to bust a glass out to get out of the car.

Imagine being in a wreck, the car goes up in flames from a busted tank. During the wreck your battery is damaged and you have no power. The seatbelts and doors lock you in the burning car. She has a belt cutter with a sharp point for busting glass out also now.

Didnt they change the laws to make it illegal to not wear your seatbelt in all 50 states?
I wear my seat belt all the time, unless I'm just driving up my driveway or something. It's not like it takes long to put it on and take it off and it just becomes a habit. But then again it has been a law in CA since I was born so I'm just used to it.
I dont think there should be a law on this though or wearing a helmet on a motorcycle because it doesnt really harm anyone else, other than you. If your stupid enough to not wear a helmet on a motorcycle, maybe you should have your skull crushed. I have heard a few stories were not wearing a seat belt have saved people, but I have heard A LOT more about wearing one saving a life, so it's just kind of your choice, and I dont think it should be a law.

id rather pay 500 for a new front end or something through insurance than 5000 for a new ride.
