How the FUCK could "old school" be played out?
Maybe if you'd open your eyes and realize it's not OLD SCHOOL, it's fuckin KUSTOM KULTURE. It just got ripped off by mini' truckers.... which is fine... but to imply it's "played out" is fucking moronic.
Are too many people trying to turn their 2004 S10 into a 50's wanna be ride... yes, but that was true at the beginning, with it started as well...
Forgive me for my accuracy. But honestly, nothing is original, nothing is played out... it's just that new ideas start and someone steals all of those...
Perhaps it's Discovery Channel/TLC's fault.

i dont think an idea can be stolen....but copied...if it was stolen then only one person would have it and it wouldnt be the original person.....old school is a style...old school on a new truck is cool and new school in an old truck is cool..its all about the custom but it does seem to be the thing that everyone is starting to do..
