New guy fromSpring,TX.. doin a 1/2 to dually conversion.

Ok Iam new to the Dually scene.. i have a 1988 chevy stepside 1/2 ton with 502BB and 5 speed that i am converting to a dually next week.. i figured i could get good info on this site.. they say guys over here take their trucks seriously.. my truck will get done fast hopefully.. as soon as i figure out how im gonna do the front end so the wheels will tuck and still turn...

I know on the sqbdy all the 1t stuff bolts up other then the rearend but I'm not sure about the 88- newer trucks how much research have you done

I'm still thinking you're gonna have to end up bagged so you can raise up and turn, dunno how you could squeeze that tire in there and turn, regardless of the hub/adapter setup and fender trimming but I could be wrong. The guys here know way more about that stuff than I do!

yeah man i am gonna try dam hard to not be baggin the front... i got some more info already and will share it with ya when i see ya.. But i dont think the front wheel clearance thing is an impossible task
