its definately not baby blue...it consits of one whole truck ....well a body of a 521 a 74 i beleive....actually i dont remember but its red,decent shape and its on a stock frame...then it comes with the frame bio built which is full tube chassis with irs rear end, rotary motor, custom wheels and some other crap
