hey kris i just sent u a im i was one of the few who did preorder it let me know something

Truckshwag.com bought Built2Rail a few days ago. As long as Kris doenst screw every thing up Built2Rail "under new ownership" will be relased around Christmas time. Im shure we can send a free dvd to the 8 people who pre oredered lol Cash refunds will still be handled by Kris

Are you keeping it under the same name? Doing any new releases? Or what my neega?

were keeping the Built2Rail name the first DVD is called Under New Ownership It will look nothing like the old dvd or any outher dvd on the market today. It will be edited by a pro editor who does many prodjects on espn and speed vison. Im also in the proses of reasmbling the old B2R team. Lil Nics Gonna shoot dragging footage and do promotions. Mats going to shoot show coverage when he can and I still need to talk to Tim but im shure he will help out!

With Pay Pal you have 45 days and theres no refunds after that period. Im sure Kris and Josh will get it all worked out for everyone.

Unfortunatly when people dont get what they were promised, they start to get nasty. Prime example is the BYC saga. I totally agree that your work/personal life has nothing to do with it but some people dont care and will do whatever it takes.

My whole answer to this DVD drama is to never offer preorders and if you dont have the product for the customer when they where promised, offer to give their money back the next day.

Pre-orders allow you to get on "THE LIST" to make sure your shit gets shipped out ASAP as soon as the product comes in. If everyone ordered on the same day, shipping would be a bitch due to making labels, stuffing envelopes, etc. I know that what I do is as soon as I take pre-orders, I have envelopes ready to go so as when the final product comes in from the replication company, I can just throw 'em in the pre-marked envelopes and bam, send them out. I don't see the end of pre-orders happening anytime soon.
