Hi Guys, My name is Chopper Dave.
I bought a 88 C30 Crewcab Dually off Ebay last week. Truck is from San Diego, Ca (No Rust yee-ha)
Black with Tan gut pretty much stock as a rock, 78k original miles, 454 Fuel injected, Turbo 400, Cruise, Tilt, Power everything. Very good condition... Its got an aftermarket stereo, TruckBalls and American Racing chrome wheels. Flew down Saturday Morning and drove it home (9 mpg).
Now the adventure begins: gotta get rid of the nosebleed stance first,(Western Chassis 6/8 with rear helper bags) then wheels&tires (thinking 19 fives on aluminum).

Those nutz are the worst thing since spinning hubcaps.

Just bought the Western Chassis 6/8.5 Static Deluxe Kit with shocks and helper bags...Wonder if the balls will drag (Castration by asphault????)

Also found out that it had a 5.7 chip (throwin codes) so I bought a sixpack chip from JET

Wuz contemplating Air but dont really want to cut up the bed of this truck. Will see, maybe I will do airbags in the front at some later date. I am an old school hot rod guy, so the nose has to be lower than the rear and I can get all the airbag stuff cheap locally (friends build semi trailers)
