Changing a lug pattern?

Hey guys whats up? I have a laid out 82 ford courier with a 6 lug pattern. And I want to change it to a ranger pattern or an s-10 patter. I am getting mixed responses on the best way to do this front and back? Do I just switch the whole rearend or what? And what about the front? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

find a bronco II or old Ranger rearend. on the front, you will need to swap the spindles for some Toyota one. this means doing some cutting and drilling on the arms or ordering some tube arms made for toyota spindles.
