But if you get on here and slander shops or cause defamation of character to shops and it can be traced, you could be setting yourself up for a lawsuit if it is not true or if you cant prove it. so just be careful for what you wish for. thats all i am just tryin to let everyone be aware.

Look at how pissed off these bags are on a set of AIM/CHASSIS TECH control arms! I had to remove them and modify my factorys! I laso want my money back, ya think that will happen?

Took this cat my truck in March to do a sfbd and needless to say after 6 1/2 months it was not done nor did it run at all!! He got me for about $2800.00!!!!

Super Buy Tires - They require you to photo copy your ID and givem your SS# to order, they have lengthy form processes... They lied about a set of wheels they could get, then canceled my order, and NEVER TOLD ME... after i agreed to pay about $500 MORE in shipping. They fucked me over right before a show. THEN They joined street source, and posted personal information on the transaction, but said they weren't from there... Interesting business practices huh?

SLANDER: words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another. (key word, FALSELY, and SPOKEN)...

Now, you can't have SLANDER that is WROTE. That is Libel.

defamation of character is what Libel or slander create. They're mutually inclusive.

TCM - I don't know if they are even still in business, but a few years ago I ordered a tailgate skin from them. They charged me twice for the skin, by the time I realized it, it was too late & my CC company wouldn't do anything about it. It took 3 months to get the skin that they said they had in stock when I ordered, and 5 months to resolve the extra charge. I never did get my money back, they just sent me a smooth roll pan & tail light fillers.

The parts fit good though ( i dunno bout the tail fillers, they're still sittin in a box)
