I finally got my brackets cut for my EDC soo pumped i thought i would share them....im also hoping to do some spider web gussets in the future.

btw if anyone has any tips for using a idler pulley or something for tension let me know.

hell yea, laser cut kicks ass, and its cheep too, sure as fuck beats the plasma if you got the time to wait, forget the plasma, it beats the fuck out of a cut off wheel. lol, looks nice tho

im just pumped that i now have a functioning design for a dodge ram edc...too bad onboardair never made their kit i prolly would have dumped my money on that.

nice design, where did you get those pieces cut at? and did you have to write the program or did the place do that also?

i designed them on autoCAD and then set cutpaths on mastercam9, and then my gf's roomate's bf cut them for me at work for free. Ill post some pics of the install and dimensions and stuff so people can cut them for their rams, dakotas, and durangos.

So where does this put the compressor at and do you keeep the ac? Also does it fit all engines? I'm really wanting an edc on my dakota and am very interested in your idea.
