i ordered 2 dvd's awhile back and was pretty upset.. i never got a free shirt either tho..

mini truckin cartel did something very simillar for me. they were currently out of one of the shirts i ordered so they sent me another one (free) and then sent the one i ordered. it is good to see there really are still some companies out there with some good business ethics.
