Custom Phantoms

Does anyone know where I can get a large flat peice of billet grille or know of a shop that does custom one-offs?

I have a 93 ranger with shaved corners and I'm looking to go full phantom.


Problem being.. nothing is big enough
I need around 55 1/2" x 10 1/2"

The closest thing I found is a Tacoma phantom but it's still a bit small.

im in the same boat man. but for a s10.

ive called a few places, kaik, BAD but none of them ever called me back.

im thinkin about tryin sir michaels or somethin like that, and just gettin the materials and makin it my self.

I emailed T-Rex directly and they couldn't help me out either.

hey guys...dont know if this will help you out but i used the old c-10 style full phantom and cut it down to fit my truck....it only has a slight bend in the middle....and is definately big before you cut it down...check my profile for more pics...

i was looking at that same grill but the crease in the middle scared me off.

it looks like you were able to flatten it fairly easily?

actually the crease is still there....all i did was cut it down
