what to do with the upper a-arms i got the bottom all done but the uppers are not working.the balljoint bottoms out and they hit the steering nuckle.the truck is bodydroped.what to do raise, angel, cut??? the truck is a 92 s-10
i have tubular uppers and my shaft has 1 knuckle
as far as the balljoin goes, you can pie cut the uppers and re angle the balljoint to have a little more travel. also, mike at BYC has said somethine about there being a long travel upper balljoint avail for the s10s that may help as well. and for the steering shaft, ive seen ppl notch and plate the control arm itself to clear the shaft.
i know tubs will solve but my friend dont to buy them.it has been done with factorys.
ya i notch it but did not want to go to much.do you know what furom that was for the ball joints.
