rehooping billet wheels???????

i have a set of doyds magnetos.i used the wheel medic. www.wheelmedic.com i have pics of how bad my wheels was on my profile.i didn't have to ship them becase i am close to columbus ohio,but i had 200.00 in straightning 2 wheels. i no its not the same as rehoping but it is an option.boyds was like 280.00 per wheel to re hoop plus shipping

when they re hoop them.. can they adjust the backspacing?
