I hope someone on here might have seen this truck before.I bought it off ebay and it was not really all it was advertised as being when I went to pick it up. It supposedly was in Arizona with a very low 56k according to carfax before coming to ca. I got it for a good price but it has some rust issues. It was in southern california when I bought it.

Is this a normal spot for rust on these year trucks?
