Putting Mustang II spindles on sport trac arms

I was thinking of making some tube upper arms to put in balljoints that fit a Mustang2 spindle and lower balljoints in the stock lower arms. I guess i could get a MII rack tie rod end and see if i could figure out some steering. What would i do about the MII spindle being a lot shorter than my current one which is way tall?
