I dissagree Naples fL has the smallest mini scene. I do have to say that florida as a whole has one of the strongest mini scenes out there. :HARCORMINIS: NOT to forget ABSOLUTE MINIS AND THE GUYS OVER IN MINI MADDNESS ! Florida ROCKS!
