gas is on... its regulated to 34 cfh or like 16 of the red measuring numbers.... cant remember off top of my head what they are called. and i have like 1000 pounds of pressure.......its opened up and when i het the gun the little needle jumps around as if the machine is taking the gas. its a millermatic 135. also... i stuck my ear up to the mouth of the gun to listen for gas coming out and i cant really hea any.... maybe its not coming out?

Try this out, turn your gas down to 12, clean your metal with alcohol, to get it as clean as possible, and are you welding inside or out?
