budget audio

i have around 1300 bucks to spend on an audio system. today i went and talked to my local audio store and they said that around 1200 bucks will get me this stuff3 13 inch jl audio w11 jl audio 500/1 amp1 jl audio 300/2 amp1 special batter designed for audio system (forgot the name)all the wires and shit to tie it all togetheri am building the sub box and stuffis this a good deal and worth my money or is there something better? NOT NESESARALY CHEAPER!! (spelling)

I think that is actually a pretty decent deal. Especially for the JL amps. JL shit is good bro go for it for real.

pick up 1 15" RE Audio SX Sub. Pick up 1 Hifonics or other brand you trust 1500 watt amp that is stable @ 1 ohm. Optima Yellow Top. Wire is wire. And then you should have plenty left over for a sweet front stage by CDT, Diamond, DLS, or Rainbow.

pretty good deal but i can do better i sell JL, Rockford Fosgate, Alpine, Boston, Pioneer Premier,Sony...

out of all the brands you listed I would only buy Boston in the way of speakers.

you could defiantely do better

for subs i would definately give reosnant engineering a call www.reaudio.com because you can get he sx directly from them for an awesome price. For the amps i would look for these

jbl bp1200.1
american bass cx1100d
dei 1100d
tsunami 1100

those are all reasonably priced 1100wrms producing amps and can be scored on ebay for dirty cheap.

then i would look for another amp like jl 4 channel to power the mids and highs and you can snatch tha off ebay for cheap too

for components i would recoment the cryastal components there cheap on ebay but get the silk tweeters they sound better then the ti or alum ones. that will take care of your front and in the rear i would just upgrade to a higher end 6x9 or 5x7 or what ever you have and wire them all to the 4ch amp

for a headunit i would look at the eclipse HU or if you want ultimate SQ nakamichi cd-45z.

the subs will be like 400ish total or less if you decide to go with 1, the HU will be 300ish, speakers will be 150ish, and the ampswill be 350-400ish

similar cost but alot better equip.

dam good deal, i would go with it. I have owned so many different amps and i will never get anything but jl again. Also, DO NOT buy Jl products online, you have no warrenty and JL will laugh at you if you try and get something repair or replaced. If you do not believe me check their website
