im moving all my batteries behind the axle on my ranger to clean the bed up.. however its a heck of alot of weight back there so im thinking if i plate the frame from the cab back it should be fine. anyone else done this?
my question is what guage material do you guys use when boxing in a c channel frame? 1/8"?......... 3/16"?

PROBABLY EASIER TO BACKHALF IT WITH HEAVIER BOX STEEL OR BUILD A FRAME FROM THE FIREWALL BACK.
