yeah right, in nc they pop you no matter what color you have, white red green blue purple. it dont matter your getting a ticket, unless you are parked. but im gonna agree with mr. mike alexander. dont do it, neons are gay.

as long as there not rotating 360 degrees or flashin yur cool...... but um... id leave them off and sell them on ebay...
