I SECTIONED MY OIL PAN ON MY YOTA...I TOOK ABOUT 3/8 OF AN INCH OFF THE BOTTOM OF IT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU WELD IT UP GOOD SO IT DOESNT LEAK.

DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH YOU CUT IT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO MESS WITH YOUR OIL PICK UP TUBE.

GOOD LUCK!!

yea its possible, you hafta shorten your pick up tube also and sectioning you oil pan reduces the amount of oil you have in your engine unless you did something like a remote oil filter and used a bigger filter to make up the difference of the capacity you originaly lost.If you stick with the stock filter and the sectioned pan, you would need to change yuor oil more often since you have a lesser amount going thru your engine causing a shorter oil life
