i was thinking of putting some hinges under my bed to get easy access underneath to work on my stuff, that way i could lift it myself...hard to get people to help me take it off all the time

I would like to see some too I'm thinking of doing this when i notch and 4 link the rear of my truck. I was thinking it would be nice to use a hood latch as well you could even route it in the truck and pop the bed like you do your hood

tilt beds are so old school no one will have digi pics of them. put some suicide door hinges on it. beefy enough, you just have to make a bracket for them.

Tilt beds went out of style back in the 90's, just like 15" rims. But you can just get some beefy hinges from a hardware store and make it work rather than spend 300 bucks or so for a suicide door hinge kit.

Mines a tilt bed just for the fact that if I blow a bag draggin down the road how the hell am I going to fix it. Exactly. Know one would even know unless I told. Just for fixxin reason. I just went to like Menards or home depot and bought some beefy hinges. You're bed doesn't weight that much.

It's a smart idea for accessability, I just don't think it's cool if someone is going to roll with the bed tilted like the old days. I DID actually think about shaving my bed completely at one time (the top of it) and putting 4 hydraulic cylinders at the corners to raise the bed straight up for access. Same principal. Like Corey and I said, go to the hardware store and buy some hinges. Good luck!

Opened a mag in the last few years? Maybe you'll remember Ernies Mighty max? I seem to recall it had a tilt bed and was badass as hell.
