As far as pinstriping brushes and paint.....what are the best and most user friendly products to use???
I like to rock the Mack brushes, for most jobs a size 0 will do the trick. The Xcalibers are the shit for keeping hella thin lines too though, they have real stiff hair on em so they don't hold a lot of paint. As for paint, get a few jars of 1Shot from your normal auto paint supplier, they should carry it or at least order it for ya. But i recomend getting the brushes off ebay, get a 6 pack for the same price u normally get 2 from the paint shop.
Hit me up with an email if you have any questions, i'm always willing to help the ones that are willing to learn. later bro

This might sound like a stupid question.....I have seen a lot of pistriping done on top of the clear coat. or primer or whatever you have for a topcoat....
Can you bury that 1shot under PPG clear????? Or is it going to lift because of incompatable materials??

Use house of kolour urethane striping enamels....they work good.....one shot is designed for sign painting and not for beign used under clearcoat....not to say it wont work...but the HOK is specifically designed for it....and I use mack brushes for everything....just make sure to get the size appropriate for the job and use brush oil to conserve the brushes when you are not using them.....so they last longer...
