hey all, i have already started my suicide doors on my 91 sonoma. I am using the SD.com kit. Now my question is, other than the instructions jason sends, is their any other hints/tips you could give from any past experiences. They just seem like they are gonna wanna sag, and not line up properly, thankscory

Make sure you have everything lined up perfectly, and also make filler plates for the doors, I use 1/8" plate and fill in any holes in the door to strengthen it up

take your time reinforce anything you can. and double check yourself about 100 times. if everthing lines up properly your good. there kit works nice they should not sag.

main thing to remember is to keep everything level through out the hole swing of the hinges. use a level!!! reinforce everything just like he says in his instructions and you will have no saging. mine close easier then stock doors and do not sag at all..

i am just having a hell of a time to get my doors to line up, i actually tacked the doors to the cab, everything was perfect. Its just when i weld up the backside of the door, it pulls inward, and messes everything up. I am just about to give up and go with stockers!!!!!
