If you just drive it at a normal height it wouldnt burn through tires. But I know how it is when you just have to drive it low. I would strait axel it and then buy wheels. Only way to get rid of camber for good.

A camber kit for the rear is nothing more than longer bolts and a few washers. I've put 10,000 miles on my wheels and still have a ton of tread in the rear. My problem is with the front. I replace them every 6 months.

CAMBER IS APART OF EVERYTHING MY SHIT SAT ON 19'S FOREVER THERE IS NO OTHER WAY !! U DID THE RIGHT THING BY PUTTIN IT DOWN FIRST NOW THROW SOME ROLLERS ON IT...

I drive as low as possible too. I have to lift the car before I change lanes so I don't knock turtles onto the cars behind me.

Just take one of the bolts out and go to a hardware store to match it. Just make it grade 8 and about 1/2 inch longer than stock. Then get some washers that fit it. (I used 4 for each bolt). Then definitely use some thread lock on the bolts to make sure they don't back out.
