kinda confused here. i was planning on leaving the rounded side intact on the inside but i was thinking about taking it off the side getting welded in so there is no excess material you get what im sayin.

i found mine at a trailer supply store and one side is round and the other side is flat, no cutting needed...

$8 each at Sebastopol Bearing. Unless you want the long ones. They carry them for 4 wheel applications. Those are some long ass fucking fenders...
