coverting ranger ac compressor to engine driven?

I just got a 1990 ranger and the viar 450 just crapped out.The truck has factory ac in it, but the blower motor is junk so I wanted to know how to convert my ac compressor to an engine driven and pics would be really helpful.Thanks
