pinion angle?

does it need to be pointing up or down when the truck is down?..........how far? on a s10 w/ 20s and 22s

had it mocked up with the angled pointed up....but when i lifted the truck with the jack it rolled way to far forward......how would i fix this?? bars in the wrong place or something?
