These tail lights are from a 61 Plymouth fury, it's too hard I think to track down a pair for myself.

Does anyone know how in the world I could go about making a tail light assembly similar to this from scratch???

I would probably be able to find a lens and light easy enough but, how about fabbing up the bullet part?????
