I had them on my Dawg when it was together and I loved them. I had no issues with them at all and they will definitly go back in when the time comes. The 1/2's I had were loud as hell which I liked as too.

I've sold them to many customers and no one has had any problems. Let me know if you want some. Tell me you heard of us on SSM and i will give you a killer deal.

I bought 2 ASCO valves off eBay, the model number is 8238S405, and I'm seeing a couple of potential problems.

1. it's supposed to be a 1/2-inch valve, but the openings are 3/4-inch. Where do I find something to neck that down to industry-standard dimensions?

2. it has a three-pronged electrical plug, two vertical and one horizontal. Which is power, which is ground, which is activation?

(if these are dumb questions, I apologize, but this is my first venture into air suspension and I could use some guidance)

well, you can find a 3/4-1/2 brass bushing at home depot for like $2 a piece. and youll use the 2 vertical prongs for power and ground (doesnt matter which one) the 3rd is left unused. its for self grounding (so i am told)

Your local parts place or lowes, home depot, etc. will have what you need to downsize. On your wiring, you'll use the two top ones only. It doesn't matter which one you use as power or ground. We use and sell a good many ASCO's here, never had any problems at all.

the third prong is totally useless but the guy who wired my valves up ran a wire from it to the valve body
