the amount of 542 is what was ordered 5 years ago, its now an open case to be adjusted to my new income. so yes its 5 years old.

the new amount will be much less.

know this, I can show, I was ahead on child support before BYC and my trucking business.

I have won every court case against them either outright or partially. thats the only thing they can get me on, child support.

I have made them have to pay to fly themselves down here for court numerous times to get all that I stated above.

they have lost every time except on child support, and then I was ony ordered to start paying and pay the back support, they asked for me to be sent to jail, I wasnt.

I countersued to reduce the support amount and its in the process right now.

those documents are orders for me to file a WRITTEN answer to the child support order, this means they want to know when and how much I can pay.


im only going to be paying on the amount I make now, which is much less than I was 5 years ago. its simple as that
