Ya'll need to call the police department in which his shop was located (wether a business or not, it needs to be where his shop was or where the money was being sent to). If the police department sees that they are getting ALOT of calls and it was not just an isolated incident, they are more inclined to make it a priority to clear the case, wether it be by arrest or not.

Bitching on SSM will not get you anywhere, although it will deter other people from using his business. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting the police agency, file a report, press charges, and FOLLOW UP with it. Don't just hold your breath and think things will magically happen. I highly doubt that you will get your money back, but I really forsee him getting locked up and doing time, and it would be well worth him getting locked up and missing out on seeing his children grow up... the scumbag needs to be locked up!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bitchin, I've ordered from Mike in the past and actually got my parts, but that was before all this went on. I'm wandering why someone hasn't already done what you said and started getting this rolling, or if a lot of people already have, what would it take to get him locked up, I mean, people get locked up for less everyday, but what has made this case, where one guy has taken so much money and is still roaming the streets, sure he might nervous as hell about what could happen to him in the long run, or maybe action is being taken we don't know about, but he is still able to go to work everday and still has everyones cash (probably not) with no sight of them getting it back. I agree bitching on here isn't going to get it back or help the situation, but if everyone knew exactly what to do to get this started it might actually go somewhere. Mikes landlord has welded his front door shut a few weeks ago and he cannot access his shop. He owes him ALOT of money. He has no welders in there either. His broke ass escort is sitting in front of the shop. The Cops have been driving by and looking for him. His job is in Plano TX doing welding for some shop. I will let you know when I get that info. Also Mike has been convicted of theft charges and did some time and had a deferred sentance becuase both trucks were built with stolen parts. But the felony is off his record. His drivers licence is also suspended.

This is just a taste of what I got coming next.
