its hard to just get over it with the fact that everyone was promised to many times that they will get there arms in a couple of weeks and none of us have recieved them and with most of us its been up to an entire year.....

Talked to some attorneys yesterday at my firm and they informed me that you all should find a person that will be the one to handle this situation legally. That person needs to contact some attorneys around mikes town (rockwall texas) and talk to them about what is going on. An attorney will only be interested in this case if something is in it for them. If Mike does not have anything that the court could sieze (since he has no money) and sell in order to pay off attorney bills and the plaintiffs money ten they will not be interested.

If you approach an attorney and say hey I have this case I want you to try, but if we win then I dont know if the guy has any money to pay you with. Hence nothing=nothing. But, if he does have a lot of shop tools, equipment, shop, car or whatever the case that he owns and that they could seize then go for it.

If there is a claim against him
the court will cite him with a petition
he will have until the next monday to answer the petition
if he does not answer the petition he can ask the judge for him waiver it and let him answer it, but he better have a damn good excuse
If he does not answer the petition and does not care then the plaintiffs win by default judgment.

If he does answer and does not show up to court, he can file a motion for continuance, but like above he better have a damn good reason as to why he did not show. Most likely the judge will only issue him one motion for continuance at the most. If he does not show up to court then once again the plaintiffs will win by default judgment.

They think there is potential in this case, it is just that he has to have something they could seize if he does not have money (which we all know he does not have money).

Dude, you yourself stated that you had to add some weld to the control arms you paid money for someone else to build!! Wake up!! If you're happy with that after PAYING for it, I feel sorry for you. Get real man, if I paid $400 plus for a product that is supposed to be of such good quality, It had better be fuckin tits when I get it.
