I have accepted that and have moved on knowing that I will never receive control arms. I suggest you all do the same.

I have accepted it...that is why I shortened my stock ones

I just got an e-mail from mike and the reason I don't have my arms that he said would definently ship three weeks ago is that he has no money. well I'm just wondering, if he doesn't have 30 bucks to ship mine, how the hell is he going to afford to ship the other 100 orders that he has? we have all already paid, so where the hell did our money go?

I can't run my business with parts like these going out to my customers! A few sloppy welds, OK, we can deal with that. Delays of more than 2 months, we need to do something about this. NOW we have to deal with products that don't even LINE UP on the truck?!

These arms, along with the balance of your invoices that were actually shipped before our customers canceled them, were sent out this week.

FBI will have OUR new control arms available within the next several months- Laser cut, TIG welded, and made to FIT. We're setting up robotic welders to handle production, so availability won't even be an issue. Plus, we'll make sure they're STRAIGHT before we ship 'em!

ok Phil, here goes, the check was written in the 14th... then shoipped on the 17th according to UPS. a day after you said here that it had been shipped... what gives?

secondly, the check for the Nissan and Isuzu arms should have went out over a month ago, those parts were on the customers trucks and they were on SSM saying how good they were... so why didnt that check go when you knew the parts were sent, and good...??

the other ones were an order that was more than 3 months old. we had an agreement that the checks would be sent as soon as I sent you an invoice with a PO and a tracking number, both of which I provided in two forms email and letters, several times.

third, check the S-10 arms, the bushings on the frame are not exactly straight, they tilt in on both sides on the stock arms slightly. a Ranger tilts in even more than that. so they are not off and I have sold more than 250 sets of S-10 arms. hardly anyone says anything about the way they fit the frame... they go right in. they fit tight due to the poly bushings but they fit very well.

Ill take that set and put them in the jig and see if something is off. doubt it but its possible.

also when I called 3 weeks ago, you told me the check was mailed the day before.. what happened??? did the mailman bring it back???

also I have tried calling several times a day every day and never get you or Kevin...

you are always "gone" or " away from the desk" or "n the phone"...

I leave a message every time either on voicemail or with the chick that answers.

I leave her my cell number every time and I have not ever gotten one call back.

but today I call, and say im Fred with gul coast customs and guess what... I get right thru to kevin... hmmm

so you lied about sending the check 3 weeks ago, lied on this forum about sending the parts and check earlier that week.

so now what?

Ill tell ya, nothing. not one person is gonna jump your ass about it in here, theree gonna jump right back on me...

well, here ya go...

for BYC customers,

builtbybyc@aol.com

or

Barnyard-customs@sbcglobal.net

ill answer emails every couple days. Im getting to as many as I can when I can.

terry,
the toyota arms fit very well in mock-up so far with no binding. i don't have them fully installed because my upper bag brackets are at a different angle now (as expected) so i'm waiting for another set from SSD. if you haven't already, i'd suggest buying new upper bag brackets while you're waiting so you're ready to rock when the arms get there. suicide doors sells the uppers w/ gussets for $44 shipped.

i wasn't too impressed with the looks of the welds, but they do have great penetration and appear plenty strong. i ground some down & added a little more welds just for looks before i painted them.

good luck man.

It's sad that you have to add something like a weld to control arms you just paid that much money for and waited that long for. Sad.
